The Human Resource Unit performs the following tasks:
Performs work related to tracking and applying laws and other general acts;
Preparation of acts related to the rights, obligations and responsibilities of employees;
Ensures coordination of leadership with processes and human resources – vocational training, education, training of employees in the municipal administration;
Prepares the decision on the organization, scope and manner of execution of the work in the municipal administration, the regulation for the systematization of jobs and the amendments and supplements of these acts;
Performs regular communication and cooperation with other human resources units of the administration bodies for the purpose of detecting human potentials and proposes employment without public announcement from one organ to another;
Organizing committee meetings on disciplinary procedures for determining disciplinary responsibility and the committee on the material liability of administrative officers;
Prepares the main elements of the documents for the realization of mutual rights and obligations during the professional training of administrative officers in the body, follows the problematic of the ethical code;
Utilizes human resources software and keeps the database for administrative employees, simultaneously contacts with ANSH.
